Strong Demand Reported for HP’s New Jet Fusion 3D Printers

Europac 3D, one of the UK’s leading 3D printing, scanning and inspection businesses, reports strong demand for the new HP Jet Fusion 3D Printers after orders for six new machines were secured at last month’s TCT show.

The value of the orders received for the new HP Jet Fusion 3D Printers is well in excess of £1million and occurred as the new machines were unveiled at the show. The orders illustrate the strength of the industry and the demand for faster, high quality and more affordable 3D printing in the UK.

John Beckett, managing director of Europac 3D comments; “When discussing with customers some of the features, technologies and new developments of the HP machines it was evident that the machines are set to be in high demand. Customers are excited by the quality and speed of the 3D printing and the dramatically reduced costs which have helped open the technologies to new markets and opportunities.”

The sales follow the unveiling of the new HP Jet Fusion 3D 3200 Printer and the HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 Printer machines at the TCT Show in Birmingham last month. Both products are set to revolutionise the marketplace by delivering a faster and higher print quality at a 50% cost-per-part reduction.

Last month Europac was appointed as HP’s Channel Partner in the UK which has seen them take responsibility for the sales and servicing of all of HP’s 3D printing systems and accessories across the UK.

John Beckett concludes: “These are exciting times for the 3D printing industry as HP’s Jet Fusion 3D Printers look to revolutionise the market with quicker and more affordable 3D printing options. The feedback we’ve received has been extremely positive and we’re excited by the opportunity here in the UK.”
