US military Sergeant Bryan Enochs publishes some of his designs via Thingiverse. The designs for the machine he recently published are so complex, detailed and just awesome.
The real purpose of this machine is unknown but the designer likes loud beautiful machines that are worth staring at, so we take it as that. The so called Carousel Orary is fully mechanical and nearly everything you see moves.
Personally it reminds me of the Weltmaschine (Worldmachine) from the Austrian farmer Franz Gsellmann – no real purpose but irresistible to look at.
