Turkish company LOOP supplies 3D printers to construction equipment manufacturer HIDROMEK

The Turkish company LOOP, a manufacturer of 3D printers based in Ankara, has sold five of its PRO X+ TURBO 3D printers to the construction equipment manufacturer HIDROMEK. HIDROMEK, a global company with an annual turnover of 600 million US dollars and 2,400 employees, produces excavators, graders and tractors, among other things. Both companies are headquartered in Ankara, but HIDROMEK also operates production facilities in Thailand and Spain.

The PRO X+ TURBO 3D printers are characterized by a build volume of 500 x 350 x 500 mm, interchangeable dual extruders and an automatic filament change function during printing. The machines also offer a CNC-milled housing, an aluminum printing plate with PEI coating and HEPA and carbon filters for air purification. Thanks to the modular design, components such as the extruder or control unit can be replaced quickly, which reduces downtime and facilitates maintenance.

LOOP is a brand of Teknodizayn, a reseller of well-known companies such as Artec and Farsoon. The company’s own materials such as CF PA and GF PA make the printers attractive for industrial applications.
