Upgrade Your 3D Printer With Schokostruder For Chocolate And Other Liquid Materials

Nick Seidl, a maker from Graz, Austria, invented a nair/water-cooled extruder for chocolate and other liquids.

In his Kickstarter campaign the maker is seeking for funders for the development of an extruder for liquid materials. He developed a cooling system out of a regular CPU water cooling system, which cools an cooling element to a few minus degrees (celsius).

The first element cools another element which pumps air through a hose. This air is used to abruptly cool down the hot chocolate right after is has been extruded. With this cooling system it is possible to extrude the hot chocolate without it melts away.

You can support this project with your pledge on Kickstarter or contact the maker to organise a collective order of Schokostruders.
