US company builds bunker with 3D printing technology

Founded in Utah, 3D BUNKERS builds bunkers using 3D printing. Now the U.S. company has announced that technology will be opened to a franchise system starting in August 2023, increasing the availability of the product.

Brad Morehouse founded BunkerMaker, a Colorado-based underground metal bunker company, in 2012. In 2016, he came up with the idea of 3D printing concrete to build underground bunkers, but the technology was not yet mature.

When 3D concrete printing became practical in 2017, Morehouse began developing systems for the first 3D concrete printer capable of reaching into an excavated hole.

This new technology enables fast, safe, affordable and beautifully designed underground bunkers. Franchise sales will begin in August 2023. 3D BUNKERS is looking for suitable partners who can lead the company to its highest potential. Interested parties can reach Brad Morehouse on the contact page of the website.
