On March 28th , 2018, “4.0 Tech Meetup” will be held in the tallest office building in Warsaw – Warsaw Spire. The meeting is co-organized by 3YOURMIND, The Heart Warsaw, Deutsch-Polnische Industrie und Handelskammer, Wrocław University of Science Technology, as part of the NUCLEI Interreg Central Europe program. Appearing among the speakers, industry leaders and representatives of innovative companies with vision and ideas will be Marcin Szymański – VSHAPER Product Manager.
4.0 Tech Meetup is an excellent opportunity for networking, it aims at building a network of knowledge between representatives of companies, entering into new business relationships and sharing knowledge. The organizers believe that most interesting and bold ideas come to mind during loose conversations, hence the idea to gather specialists, practitioners and enthusiasts of new technologies in one place.
Many outstanding speakers will attend the conference. Representatives of most prominent companies in the 3D Printing industry as well as leaders of industrial software and solutions for automation are scheduled to appear. The stage will feature, among others, representatives of GE Aviation, 3D Center, Evatronix, Elmodis, VIX and Bibus Menos. VERASHAPE will be represented by Marcin Szymański – VSHAPER Product Manager, who will give a lecture entitled “5D Printing – is it still Industry 4.0 or 5.0?”
In his presentation, Marcin Szymański will talk about how much additive technologies can change in the coming years, and how relatively new 3D Printing technology can be replaced with 5D Printing in the near future.
VSHAPER 5-Axis Machine, developed by our R&D team, will transform the way people think about 3D Printing in FFF technology. Thanks to 5-axis kinematics equipped with tilting rotary working platform – one can forget about the conventional layer-by-layer printing method. We are now starting to talk about 5D Printing instead of 3D Printing – says Marcin Szymański – VSHAPER Product Manager.
The machine enables indexed 5-axis printing, enhancing the conventional model printing method allowing to transfer the print plane to another surface that was printed earlier. It also allows simultaneous 5-axis printing that moves away from the conventional layer-by-layer printing method and allows creating spatial models on a three-dimensional surface, by using all the machine axes simultaneously. Constant temperature inside the working chamber and heated platform enable the printer to process most of thermoplastic materials.
Participation in the event is free of charge, the number of places is limited. Registration is required: www.3yourmind.com/warsaw-tech.
