WASP Unveils Rotating Extruder

WASP has only recently introduced their DeltaWASP 40 20 Turbo, a 3D printer capable of printing at a speed of 600 mm per second and travelling at 1,000 mm per second.

At the 3D Print Hub in Milan they also unveiled a new rotating extruder, offering several advantages such as low energy consumption, self-cleaning ability, easy assembly and disassembly and constant speed control.

With their mission to solve the world’s housing issues, this new extruder on a bigger scale could be crucial step towards 3D printing clay structures as high as 12 meters.
