XJet Launches Carmel 3D Printer Line for Metal and Ceramics

Rehovot, Israel – October 24, 2017 – XJet Ltd., the additive manufacturing company, has launched the breakthrough XJet Carmel AM System product line, comprising the Carmel 1400 and the Carmel 700 AM systems. XJet will exhibit the XJet Carmel 1400 additive manufacturing (AM) system for ceramics and metal at formnext 2017 in Frankfurt, Germany on November 14-17, 2017.

Featuring the company’s patented NanoParticle Jetting™ technology, the XJet Carmel Product Line is poised to transform the metal and ceramic additive manufacturing industries by printing separate nanoparticle “inks” or fluids for the build material and the support material. This allows manufacturers to produce ceramic or metal parts with the ease and versatility of inkjet printing.

While we are currently printing only one build material, we could theoretically print multiple build materials.”

The XJet Carmel 1400 system has already been delivered to a customer site and further details will be provided during the formnext exhibition.”

XJet will be exhibiting at formnext in Hall 3.1, booth E20. Dror Danai, XJet’s CBO, will present the company’s NPJ technology for metal and ceramic AM on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 13:30 at the XJet booth. At 17:30, XJet will hold an informal reception for the public at the booth.
