The German company scope for design has launched a web-based tool for users to create their individual and customised smartphone cases, which are then 3D printed using SLS technology.
With 11 smartphone types to choose from as well as 8 colours, 20 different structures, 11 add-ons and over 100 decorative symbols, there a total of over 10,000 different configurations possible. You can even add your personal Text on the back of the cover.
All these configurations can be completed within minutes thanks to an intuitive user interface. It was the company’s intention to create a tool that is easy-to use for everyone, also for users with no prior experience with 3D modelling.
