NCMT signs agreement with metal 3D manufacturing company Tritone Technologies

NCMT Limited, a company that previously specialized in conventional machining solutions, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Tritone Technologies. Tritone, a global leader in additive manufacturing (AM) technologies for metal and ceramic applications, is expanding its presence in the UK and Ireland through this partnership.

This collaboration enables NCMT to make a significant transition from conventional machining solutions to advanced AM solutions, contributing to Tritone’s growing global footprint in the region.

“We are excited to start our partnership with Tritone Technologies, seeing them as the owners of a groundbreaking technology poised to influence the AM market in the coming years”, says Jonathan Smart, Managing Director, NCMT. “As a company renowned for its commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology, this strategic move positions NCMT at the forefront of industrial advancement. We are now entering the AM sector, elevating our capabilities to meet the evolving demands of modern industry. The integration of Tritone’s advanced MoldJet technology not only diversifies our company’s portfolio but also solidifies its position as a leader in shaping the future of precision engineering and manufacturing”.

Tritone has two AM systems on the market: Dominant and Dim. These systems are based on Tritone’s MoldJet technology, a “powder-free” innovative AM system that enables the industrial production of high quality metal and ceramic parts at industrial speed. Designed to produce a large volume of high-density parts with complex geometries, MoldJet enables quick and easy switching between a variety of metals and ceramics for the parallel production of parts of different sizes, shapes and applications.

“We are delighted to join forces with NCMT in a strategic partnership, emphasizing Tritone’s commitment to advancing AM on a global scale”, says Omer Sagi, VP Products and Business Development at Tritone. “The decision by NCMT to embrace Tritone’s MoldJet technology as their gateway into the AM market is a testament to the innovation and transformative capabilities of our technology. Together, we eagerly anticipate pushing the boundaries of manufacturing excellence and shaping the future of industrial production.”

This partnership marks a decisive step for NCMT towards future-oriented manufacturing technologies and underlines the importance of innovative AM solutions in the modern industrial landscape.
