Supported by French startups Cults 3D and 3DSlash, La Poste launches a 3D printing service platform for its clients.
The website “Innovate and Create in 3D” offers a multitude of digital objects created by designers and features categories such as art, fashion, jewellery, gadget, tools and others.
By the click of a button, customers can seek advice to realise their 3D printing project from 3D advisor of La Poste. With this new online service, experts can easily respond to customer’s inquiries and follow them throughout their projects. Depending on the location, the customer can also visit the nearest specialised post office to meet a 3D Advisor.
In their “Creating a project” section, customers have the opportunity to learn 3D modeling thanks to 3DSlash online software. It allows for creating 3D models directly on the website, that can then be sent to 3D advisors to order a print out.
This site was created with the support of the two startups Cults 3D and 3DSlash. Loyal to its development strategy in the digital, La Poste has designed this creative space to be fully adapted to all terminals (mobile, tablets and desktop) and it is available in French and English. Constantly connected with Cults marketplace, the site allows members to connect to both platforms with their own login details.
