US software company EasyRx, provider of digital dental workflow solutions, announces a partnership with 3D printer manufacturer Nexa3D. The aim is to seamlessly integrate Nexa3D’s 3D printing technology into EasyRx’s digital platform.
According to EasyRx manager Todd Blankenbecler, the cooperation fulfills the desire of many users for an end-to-end high-tech solution from the digital scan to the finished 3D model. At the same time, it sets a new standard in dental patient care.
Nexa3D also sees great potential in the collaboration between the two companies. The combination of EasyRx’s software ecosystem with Nexa3D’s 3D printers enables even more efficient digital production, explains Nexa3D Manager Peter Wilkinson.
EasyRx’s aim with the integration is to relieve dental practices and laboratories of manual tasks through automated digital processes. This would allow service providers to focus on first-class patient care while eliminating time-consuming work steps.
EasyRx’s cloud service covers all areas of case management, digital workflows and 3D software for dentists and dental technicians. Customers can manage all patient data here and transmit it fully digitally to partner laboratories.
With its high-speed 3D printers, Nexa3D is positioning itself as a pioneer for sustainable manufacturing in small and medium-sized production companies. Thanks to partnerships with material suppliers and an open platform, Nexa3D aims to unlock the full potential of polymer 3D printing for series production.
