atum3D announce partnership with 3D Center

Today atum3D, leader in DLP solutions for cost-efficient, high quality 3D manufacturing, and 3D Center, the largest reseller of 3D printers, peripherals and supplies in Northern Europe, are pleased to announce an extensive partnership. Under the agreement, 3D Center will represent atum3D and its products, with an open material platform and exceptional accuracy for both medical/dental, jewelry, R&D/prototyping and final component manufacturing applications, to professional customers in its focus market area including Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. The companies share the goal to make life easier for their clients, which means 3D Center will not only offer atum3D DLP Stations, but can also meet any wishes for on-site installation, training and service.

“We are delighted to partner up with the professionals at 3D Center”, says Guy Nyssen, Channel Manager at Dutch-based atum3D. “Their broad experience in the field additive manufacturing and extensive network among manufacturers in, for example, the automotive industry, dental technicians and jewelry designers allows us to extend the atum3D proposition to customers in the Nordics and Baltic states”. He explains atum3D’s firm belief in the key importance of advice and support for its customers in order for them to be able to reap the full benefits of fast, cost-effective manufacturing of parts or items with the optimal material properties for the application. “As our products offer an open material platform, which allows using any resin available on the market, guidance by experts is imperative”, he adds.

Casper Rosén, Sales Manager at 3D Center, with its headquarters in Sweden, agrees. “The potential of 3D printing technology is rapidly growing. New and better machines, materials matching traditional plastics and biocompatibles hold many different opportunities for our customers. We are here to support them every step of the way”. He’s very happy to add atum3D to the 3D Center portfolio, not in the least in the light of technological progress. Mr. Rosén explains: “atum3D offers state-of-the-art, industrial grade DLP Stations which reach accuracy levels previously unheard of in in the mid-level price segment. Now exceptional quality and speed is within reach for pretty much anyone, from small dental lab to R&D and production departments of multinationals, atum3D opens a new chapter in 3D manufacturing”.

atum3D’s DLP Station can cost-efficiently make high-quality series of 1 up to 10.000 pieces in any material available. “With the required tolerance levels and finishing, but without the lead times, inflexibility to instantly accommodate minor component changes and required investments in molds or expensive hardware” Mr. Nyssen adds.

Both gentlemen agree on the invitation to contact either party for anyone wondering about the opportunities of 3D printing or other inquiries about the options. “We’re looking forward to create the best possible solution for any user case together”, they conclude.
