DyeMansion, a provider of post-processing solutions for industrial polymer 3D printing, has announced the launch of its new Black Diamond Finishing Hub. This global, user-friendly online platform offers industrial post-processing as a service and utilizes DyeMansion’s proven technology for chemical smoothing, blasting and black dyeing. The initial focus is on PA 11 and PA 12 materials sourced from various powder bed 3D printers, both desktop and industrial.
The new service is characterized by a turnaround time of just two working days and requires no minimum order value or investment costs for customers.

The Black Diamond Finishing Hub complements DyeMansion’s existing hardware portfolio and expands the on-demand finishing service that the company has offered since its inception. The new service will initially be operated from the Munich and Austin locations. However, there are plans to expand the hub to the global production partner network by the end of the year. This expansion should make it possible to make the benefits of the hub accessible worldwide and thus further promote innovation and growth in the 3D printing industry.
In addition to direct use by customers, DyeMansion partners and those who want to become partners can also benefit from the platform. Distribution partners have the opportunity to distribute attractive voucher codes to their end customers, while production partners can register to act as finishing partners in the future and set up their own hub via the platform.
