Forum “Chemistry & Process Engineering” at Rapid.Tech 3D – proudly presented by DECHEMA

The appeal of Rapid.Tech 3D continues to grow. Numerous new partnerships at the pioneering additive manufacturing (AM) event, which will be held in Erfurt for the 20th time next year from May 14 to 16, are proof of this.

Rapid.Tech 3D has a new partner. DECHEMA, the network for chemical engineering and biotechnology in Germany, will be the presenting partner of the “Chemistry and Process Engineering” forum at Rapid.Tech 3D, the leading specialist event for additive manufacturing (AM), taking place in Erfurt from 2024. DECHEMA and Messe Erfurt agreed this in a cooperation agreement in January 2024.

“Two perfect partners” is how Dr. Özlem Weiss describes the cooperation between DECHEMA and Messe Erfurt. The chemist is Managing Director of Expertants GmbH and actively networked in the industry. “Both cooperation partners focus on the exchange between experts from different disciplines and thus bundle AM expertise,” continues the Rapid.Tech 3D advisory board member.

This is also underlined by the program of the “Chemistry & Process Engineering” forum. For example, 15 May 2024 will start with a promising keynote speech by Dr. Jan Brummund, Business Development Manager of the Dutch chemical company Innosyn, on the potential of AM in chemical process technology. This will be followed by eight other exciting contributions from the chemical industry.

The expansion of the cooperation between DECHEMA and the largest exhibition and congress company in the center of Germany coincides with the twentieth year of Rapid.Tech 3D. “Always at the cutting edge for over twenty years.
