The 3D printable construction set Ingocraft has just been launched on Kickstarter and combines hands on making with a fun 3D modelling app.
The set includes a variety of parts, called Ingos, that can be combined to numerous different constructions. An easy-to-use app enables users to virtually plan designs with a selection of pre-set parts like bars, plates, wheels, bolts and nuts.
Ingocraft is seeking for $ 15.000 to fund their app on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter. The early bird offer is available for $ 25 and includes a basic kit of parts as well as access to the app. Once launched, users will be able to complete design challenges, create their own constructions and select parts from an online gallery to customise and 3D print. The app will be available for iPads and iPhones.
