isepos makes new stepper motor controller available to other manufacturers

isepos GmbH, known for its advanced control systems in industrial 3D printing, is now making its latest stepper motor controller available to other manufacturers. This technology, which is currently patent pending, promises to significantly improve efficiency and precision in 3D printing.

A key feature of the new controller is the innovative drive method, based on FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) technology, which allows precise and fast movement of the print heads. This technology results in cleaner layers and increased printing speed without sacrificing accuracy.

“With our ‘forest and meadow printer’, we were able to prove that we can not only keep our promises of fast printing times and print quality at the level of selective laser sintering (SLS), but also surpass them,” said company boss Martin Singer.

The availability of this stepper motor control for external 3D printing manufacturers opens up new opportunities for the industry. Isepos GmbH has already initiated partnerships with several manufacturers and plans to launch printers that benefit from this advanced technology in the coming years.
