The Chinese company Creality, which is known for its 3D printers and 3D scanners, has presented new products as part of its company anniversary. In addition to 3D printers, the manufacturer also showcased new 3D scanners.
According to Creality, the new CR-Scan Raptor offers a high level of accuracy of up to 0.02 mm. At the same time, the scanner is also fast with a speed of up to 60 images per second. The high accuracy and speed are ensured by a system with seven laser line scans. With infrared structured light scanning and a coverage of sizes from 5 to 2000 mm, it offers versatility for a wide range of applications.
The scanner offers anti-shake protection for smooth scanning. The Raptor is also said to be able to scan black and metallic objects without spray.
The new scanner is available now and is priced at €1599.
