Chinese 3D printer manufacturer CreatBot has unveiled the D600 Pro 2, a new large-format 3D printer for professional users. With an installation space of 600 x 600 x 600 millimetres, the printer is aimed at users who want to produce large prototypes and small series.
According to the manufacturer, the D600 Pro 2 is characterized above all by a modern design with convenient functions. The double extruder with auto-lifting function enables printing temperatures of up to 420 degrees Celsius. A heated chamber ensures a constant temperature during printing and prevents deformation.
CreatBot’s target group includes companies in the aerospace, automotive and mechanical engineering industries. Accordingly, the D600 Pro 2 is designed for a wide range of technical materials from ABS to nylon. With print speeds of up to 150 millimetres per second, the printer is also said to be suitable for continuous use in production environments.
