Ivoclar and 3D printing expert SprintRay launch joint partnership

The Ivoclar Group, provider of integrated solutions for high-quality dental applications, announces its partnership with the American technology company SprintRay. The Liechtenstein-based company is one of the leading material manufacturers in the dental industry and is now setting new standards in the field of 3D printing with this cooperation.

As an established supplier of dental products, Ivoclar is using its expertise in materials science to develop innovative solutions for dental practices and laboratories together with SprintRay, a specialist in 3D printing technologies. This collaboration was recently unveiled at the 3DNext event in Miami, USA, where both companies shared their vision for the future of the dental industry.

Ivoclar brings to the partnership over a century of experience in the manufacture of high quality dental prosthetics, both fixed and removable. SprintRay complements this offering with its advanced end-to-end 3D printing system specifically designed for dental use. The collaboration aims to combine the respective strengths to optimize the CAD/CAM workflow in dental laboratories.

“We are very pleased to partner with SprintRay – an equal partner with whom we want to set new standards together. The philosophies of our companies complement each other perfectly and we are striving to provide our customers with the best possible support in their daily work”, says Markus Heinz, CEO of Ivoclar Group.

Dr Amir Mansouri adds, “Ivoclar and SprintRay both have extensive internal dental expertise. Our aim is to really understand the problems and needs of our customers in order to provide optimally coordinated solutions. With Ivoclar, we are delighted to have one of the dental industry’s leading material manufacturers at our side.”

The partnership between Ivoclar and SprintRay represents a significant step forward for the dental industry by combining state-of-the-art 3D printing technology with proven dental materials. Customers can benefit from more efficient and higher quality dental solutions in the future. Further developments and product announcements are planned for the coming fall, underscoring the momentum of this collaboration.
