Ackuretta introduces CURIE Plus UV Curing Oven for Dental 3D Printing

Taiwan-based Ackuretta has unveiled CURIE Plus, a new UV curing oven specifically designed for processing 3D printed materials in dentistry. The oven is designed to enable mass production of high-quality dental applications and advance digital dentistry.

Designed with efficiency in mind, the CURIE Plus can cure up to 8 full archwires simultaneously. This is equivalent to the 3D printing capacity of Ackuretta’s SOL. Thanks to its wide UV wavelength coverage and 360° light distribution, the furnace shortens curing time while ensuring precise results.

Designed for nitrogen compatibility, the CURIE Plus promises unprecedented aesthetic results, including improved color transparency, smoothness and up to 25% greater flexural strength.

With an intuitive 5-inch touchscreen that monitors curing parameters and a one-click open/lock door mechanism that prevents UV leaks, the CURIE Plus sets new standards in user experience. Direct integration with SOL allows users to simplify their workflow from print to cure, reducing errors and optimizing productivity.

The CURIE Plus has been calibrated with industry-leading resins. Its preset resin library includes Class IIa biocompatible resins, allowing users to easily select the material that meets their patients’ needs. Automatic Wi-Fi enabled library updates ensure optimal mechanical application properties and print quality.
