Elementum 3D names Vivek Pathak as new CFO

Elementum 3D, a developer and provider of materials and services for additive metal manufacturing, has appointed Vivek Pathak as CFO.

With more than 30 years of finance experience, including leadership in high-tech startups in Silicon Valley and a successful acquisition by Roche, Pathak brings extensive skills to the position. Most recently, he served as vice president of finance at Summerbio, a provider of COVID-19 testing systems.

Mr. Pathak was most recently vice president of finance at Summerbio, a diagnostics company providing end-to-end COVID-19 testing systems. During his tenure, Pathak played a critical role in formulating and implementing company-wide financial decisions to mitigate risk and advance key business initiatives.
