NEVO3D emerges from 3D printer manufacturer EVO-tech

In December 2023, EVO-tech GmbH faced an uncertain future when internal disagreements about the strategic direction among the shareholders drove the company into insolvency. However, NEVO3D has now emerged from this crisis – a new start built on a stable foundation of experience and commitment.

The seamless takeover of the employees, who embodied the core know-how of EVO-tech, was crucial for this new start. Their commitment and expertise will be retained and form an integral part of the new company.

Customers can also count on continuity: NEVO3D will continue to support all customers and take over the existing products and the EVO-tech brand. This not only secures existing jobs, but also strengthens confidence in the quality and reliability of the products.

The expansion of the management team to include new investor Adi Pohn brings additional experience and resources. Pohn, an experienced entrepreneur from the manufacturing industry with successful restructurings and acquisitions of seven companies in the past, brings a clear plan and an impressive track record. In particular, Adi Pohn is focusing on building NEVO3D on more pillars than in the past, so that the company will not be hit as hard by investment slumps in the future.

Adi Pohn commented on his involvement in NEVO3D: “It is an exciting challenge to be part of this project. I am pleased to be working with a young team that has impressive experience and recognition in the fast-growing 3D printing market.”

Markus Kaltenbrunner and Kevin Griesmayr, already part of the EVO-Tech management team, are optimistic about the future of NEVO3D. “With Adi Pohn on board, we have found the ideal addition to realize our goals and make NEVO3D a leading company in our industry,” says Griesmayr.

Regarding the future of NEVO3D, Kaltenbrunner adds: “We will expand our services by building the largest FFF/FDM 3D printing service with around 30 machines in Austria. This will not only serve to support customers during workload peaks, but will also enable companies that do not want to invest in a 3D printer to use our products and services. In addition, we will not only offer the printing itself, but also the finishing of components, including painting, as well as component assembly. We will also focus on special solutions for sectors such as the rail industry. More detailed information on these developments will be announced in the coming months.”
