3D printer manufacturer Afinia is expanding their line of products by introducing a desktop 3D scanner.
The ES360 is a portable device using white light technology to capture objects with an accuracy of ≤0.1 mm. User have the option to choose between two modes of operation: The Automatic Scan mode allows for capturing objects with a size of up to 215 x 215 x 200 mm within three minutes. The Free Scan mode enables the user to capture an area of up to 700 x 700 x 700 mm.
