Graphene 3D Lab Inc. To Present 3D Printed Graphene Battery

Graphene 3D Lab Inc. CEO, Daniel Stolyarov, will present and discuss the development of the company’s 3D printable graphene battery, the first product of its kind, and other advanced nanocomposite materials for 3D printing October 23 at 2:15 pm PST at the Inside 3D Printing Conference in Santa Clara, CA.

As announced in a previous press release dated September 2, Graphene 3D Lab Inc. recently submitted a provisional application for a patent to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for recent innovations in the materials and methods of 3D printable batteries.

The graphene-enhanced materials that have been developed by the company allow the 3D printing process to be used to fabricate a functioning battery which may be incorporated into a 3D printed object during the build process. The company’s 3D printed graphene battery can potentially outperform a conventional battery because of its shape, size and specifications that can be freely adjusted to fit the particular design of the device.

CEO Daniel Stolyarov just recently spoke to us about the exciting product in an interview.

This is a brief video outlining details of the 3D printed battery development:

Dr. Stolyarov commented: “We look forward to presenting our recent progress in the development of functional 3D printable materials at this year’s conference, with the highlight being our 3D printed battery. Our ability to create a 3D printable battery and other electrochemical devices will play a significant role in the growth of commercial applications of 3D printing technology.”
