Optix 500M is a 3D Scanner by 3D Digital Corp. based on the model 400 and is widely used in many different industries, e.g. Ford, General Electrics, Porsche and many other.
Optix 500M scans with high accuracy and is suitable for large and medium size part scanning. Larger objects can be imaged by combining multiple scans. Higher resolution or longer range can be accomplished with a snap without operator calibration. It serves as a middle solution between Optix 500S and 500L heads.
