Our BIG 3D-Printer produces fully automatic concrete components such as sculptures, statues or complex facade parts out of digital templates.

And that is not everything!

The component can be automatically provided with the necessary reinforcement to meet static requirements during the print, on request.

For exact contours and details, it is equipped with milling cutters. Upon request we provide you with the 3D scanner to capture your print object digitally.

Gamplate – pad for 3d printing

Anybody who prints using 3D technology must have had a problem with removing print from the bench top/table. Our pad was created to make printing easier. We will show you how simple it is in three steps:

Stick

Thorougly clean and remove grease from the table to enable maximum adhesion of the pad. After that stick the pad and set the appropriate nozzle distance.

Print

If you are sure the head is in the right poition, start printing. The first layer should be printed more slowly to ensure the appropriate adhesion of the print to the pad.

Removal

After finishing the printing, peel off the whole pad with the printed part and after that just remove the printed part from the pad – isn’t that simple?
