Bright Laser Technologies (BLT) has signed a valuable distribution agreement with ORIX Rentec Corporation, one of Japan’s largest providers of rental solutions for test and measurement equipment and ICT products, continuing its push into the Japanese market.
This distribution agreement aims to improve the provision of printed end products to Japanese customers, with both parties committing to strengthen cooperation in the sale and rental of BLT equipment in the Japanese market. They will also provide consulting services to their customers on the operation of 3D printing machines and share their expertise on printing. In addition, BLT and ORIX Rentec are committed to helping Japanese manufacturing customers overcome challenges common to traditional manufacturing processes.
By leveraging BLT’s cost-effective machinery and its extensive experience in manufacturing high-quality additive manufacturing (AM) components, ORIX Rentec will facilitate the seamless adoption of AM equipment for Japanese customers. The goal of this collaboration is to increase the penetration rate of AM technology in the Japanese market. In return, BLT will leverage ORIX Rentec’s extensive resources in the manufacturing customer space, which the company has accumulated in its primary rental businesses. This strategic partnership will enable BLT to enter new markets and develop new applications.
