IPFL to showcase micro-3D printing innovations at TCT 3Sixty 2023

IPFL, experts in plastics machining, fabrication and 3D printing, will showcase its latest acquisition in micro-3D printing technology at TCT 3Sixty in June, the UK’s leading additive manufacturing event.

In Hall 1, Booth F41, IPFL will present a live demonstration of the microArch S240 micro-3D printer, developed by Boston Micro Fabrication. The machine produces components with an accuracy of 10 micrometers (μm) and enables maximization of production speed for short runs. The microArch S240 can print components 10 times faster than conventional methods.

IPFL Director Adam Bloomfield, said: “We pride ourselves in the production speed and quality of our products. TCT is a great opportunity to showcase this to our customers, and this year it will be demonstrated by the microArch S240. The machine can print with a variety of materials, including composites and ceramic, so it is a revolutionary piece of technology that we at IPFL cannot wait to present.”

In addition to the latest in micro 3D printing technology, TCT 3Sixty visitors* will also learn about IPFL’s versatile 3D printing services. The team will discuss the benefits of multi-jet fusion (MJF) technology and high-definition stereolithography (SLA), which enable fast production times.

IPFL will also showcase its leading multi-material services in Stratasys’ polyjet technology, specialized fused deposition modeling (FDM) process and precision CNC machining capabilities.

TCT 3Sixty will take place June 7-8, 2023, at the NEC in Birmingham. To meet IPFL at booth F41, register for free at www.tct3sixty.com/index/registration.
