New ZMorph Set for Multi-Material 3D Printing

ZMorph has released a new retail set of its critically acclaimed ZMorph 2.0 SX Multitool 3D Printer. The new Printing Set is dedicated entirely to multi-material 3D printing and utilizing the latest technology and software innovations introduced by the company.

The Printing Set joins currently available Basic, Full, and Custom sets. It includes 1.75 mm Plastic Extruder and the powerful DUAL PRO toolhead able to print with two materials as well as mix them before extruding through a single nozzle.

This complete multi-material 3D printing solution can be used for selective two-material printing and printing complex objects with water soluble PVA support. It also can utilize the latest innovations like color blending and ZMorph’s original Image Mapping that allows printing colorful bitmaps on any 3D object. ZMorph presented this set’s 3D printing capabilities, 3D printed architectural models, and other samples during CES 2017 show in Las Vegas and received very high praise from industry professionals.

ZMorph 2.0 SX also features an encoder-based Closed Loop System which increases reliability and quality of resulting models. With working space of 250 x 235 x 165 mm, positioning precision of 14 microns for X and Y axis, and 0.625 microns for Z axis, it’s ideal for rapid prototyping, product development, education purposes, and low volume production.

Every Printing Set will also include new aluminum spool holder for up to four spools of filament recently introduced by the company. The upgrade is also available to all existing ZMorph users and sent on request for free.
