Sintratec and Sun Digital enter into Partnership

Sintratec, renowned Swiss 3D printing manufacturer, and Mexican digital printing specialist Sun Digital have announced their partnership. This cooperation expands Sun Digital’s offering to include industrial 3D printing.

With more than 50 years of expertise in color printer sales and service, as well as label and packaging printing, Sun Digital has established itself in Mexico. The new Additive Division also aims to tap into the emerging 3D printing sector, including Sintratec’s selective laser sintering (SLS) process.

Sintratec’s compact and scalable SLS systems offer an ideal entry into additive manufacturing. Sun Digital is expanding its portfolio with the Sintratec All-Material Platform, which combines scalability, multi-material capability and throughput. Sintratec sees this partnership as an important step towards market expansion in Mexico and North America.

Gabor Koppanyi, Head of Marketing & Sales Sintratec: “With Sun Digital we have gained a competent, industry-oriented specialist with many years of experience, who will now represent the Sintratec products for the first time in the promising Mexican market. We are convinced that customers and prospects in Central America will benefit greatly from Sun Digital’s expanded offering and its service network.”
