Spaghetto 3D: BluRhapsody and Barilla present 3D-printed pasta

Italian cuisine is known worldwide for its diversity and taste. An essential part of this cuisine is pasta. Now there is a new variant that brings traditional pasta in a modern format: Spaghetto 3D.

Spaghetto 3D is a glamorous finger food shape designed to be the protagonist of extraordinary cocktails. The product was developed by BluRhapsody, a Barilla brand. It offers new gestures, new rituals and new possibilities for tasty conviviality. Spaghetti has always been the pasta shape par excellence: it is enhanced by traditional recipes, celebrated in movies and is an absolute symbol of “Made in Italy” abroad. Today, in its form as Spaghetto 3D, it also becomes the protagonist of original and amazing finger food cocktails.

Spaghetto 3D was made from durum wheat semolina and water and molded gram by gram, piece by piece, using BluRhapsody’s exclusive 3D printer. “We named it Spaghetto 3D to stimulate the imagination by combining tradition and technology,” comments Valentina Parravicini, BluRhapsody’s marketing and business development director.

Spaghetto 3D can be ordered online from BluRhapsody or purchased at Bottega Barilla in Parma. Packs of 12 and 24 units are available.
