3D printing service provider Shapeways announced that its Enterprise Manufacturing Solutions division has secured two new Tier 1 supplier contracts. These are companies in the automotive and transportation industries. These contracts support multi-year manufacturing programs that will result in more than $2.8 million in annual revenue over the next seven years.

With the acquisition of Linear AMS in 2022, Shapeways expanded its manufacturing capabilities, enabling unprecedented production flexibility that is particularly important to industries such as automotive, medical and aerospace.
A new contract involves the production of injection-molded cab trim parts for a major truck OEM.

The second contract involves the manufacture of interior trim for a leading global automotive manufacturer.
