After intensive testing and research, Burms confirmed the qualification of two Mechnano resins, Formula1 and Tough ESD, for integration into their MiiCraft 3D printer series.

The MiiCraft printer series from Burms, consisting of five machine models, impresses with outstanding build volumes and high-definition LED light engine technology. This combination ensures fast print speeds and outstanding print detail, especially in applications requiring high personalization. The integration of Mechnano’s Formula1 and Tough ESD expands the range of engineering resins available for MiiCraft.

Mechnano’s special resins use the exclusive D’Func technology based on discrete carbon nanotubes. This allows the production of high-resolution parts with excellent isotropic properties and without the problem of carbon abrasion. Formula1 in particular is ideal for rigid parts, while Tough ESD enables more flexible applications to prevent fractures.
The combination of Burms’ advanced MiiCraft 3D printer series and Mechnano’s innovative resins points to a new era in 3D printing technology.
