With the isePRINT S, the German company isepos from Wannweil has developed a 3D printer specifically for use in series production. Unlike many laboratory 3D printers, it complies with all German machine guidelines, according to the manufacturer.
With an installation space of 400 x 400 x 400 mm and special control technology, the isePRINT S is said to be able to print particularly quickly and precisely. In contrast to prototype construction, it is designed for continuous operation in large-scale production.
Thanks to the use of high-quality components, the 3D printer can also be used in 24/7 operation without downtime, according to isepos. It is therefore suitable for demanding tasks in the aerospace industry, for example.
Founded in 1945, isepos has many years of experience in control technology and now wants to use this for the further development of 3D printing. The aim is to make industrial manufacturing more productive, flexible and efficient through 3D printing. Prices for the printer start at 27,000 euros.
