The US company LuxCreo is strengthening its activities in the field of 3D printing for dental applications. As LuxCreo announced in a press release, industry veteran Ira Rosenau has been hired as an advisor. The start-up is also establishing an advisory board specifically for the dental sector.
LuxCreo specializes in additive manufacturing solutions and is already active in the dental and footwear industries. According to the announcement, Ira Rosenau will now use his experience to drive expansion in the billion-dollar dental market.
Rosenau has previously held leading positions in dental 3D printing. At LuxCreo, he will help shape the marketing strategy as a consultant and establish contacts in the industry. A newly established advisory board of dental experts will also help to further refine LuxCreo’s solutions.
According to Rosenau, LuxCreo has great potential to support dentists and laboratories with digitalization. This year, the start-up has already achieved milestones such as the certification of the first directly printed brace aligner.
