Massivit 3D introduces advanced 3D Printing System at CAMX 2023

Massivit 3D Printing Technologies, a pioneer in providing industrial 3D printing systems, recently announced that they will be showcasing their newest printing system, the Massivit 10000-G, at the CAMX 2023 show from October 30 to November 2. At their booth R8, show attendees can learn how Massivit addresses bottlenecks in composite manufacturing with its advanced manufacturing technology. The system has already found application in industries such as automotive, shipbuilding and consumer goods.

The main focus will be on the Massivit 10000-G, which will be showcased with live demonstrations at the show. In addition, a range of printed product parts and molds will be on display. Visitors can also book a personalized demonstration of the printing system.

The Massivit 10000 redefines composite manufacturing. The system enables high-speed printing of industrial components for a wide range of applications. Specifically, manufacturers can reduce production time by an impressive 80% by directly printing an industrial epoxy molded part. This approach reduces labor costs associated with current manufacturing by up to 90%, while minimizing material waste.

At CAMX, visitors will also learn about a variety of industrial mold applications, including open and closed molds, resin transfer molds and reaction injection molds.

The latest model, the 10000-G, combines these advantages with a number of specific manufacturing applications previously available with Massivit’s Gel Dispensing Printing product line. It supports 8 specialized printing materials that meet fire protection, high impact resistance and other industry requirements.

The company has already received several industry awards for its innovative technology, including the 2021 ACMA ACE Award and the 2022 IBEX Innovation Award in Boatbuilding.

On October 30, CAMX will organize an industry tour at the Massivit Americas Experience Center. This will give interested parties the opportunity to experience Massivit’s industrial 3D printers firsthand.

Massivit’s CEO, Erez Zimerman, commented “We are honored to have been selected for the second time as a finalist for the upcoming CAMX Awards for Composites Excellence. We previously won this award in 2021. The 10000-G system is taking the manufacturing arena by storm, offering a comprehensive answer to longstanding manufacturing challenges such as manpower shortages and time to market challenges. Our customers across many industries are elated by the possibility to directly produce industrial grade components with high performance materials in a fraction of the time and costs. We are excited to introduce these new possibilities at CAMX.”

The unveiling of the Massivit 10000-G at CAMX 2023 promises to be a highlight in the world of 3D printing, further advancing the possibilities of industrial 3D printing.
