Stratasys announces Cylaos, Dome Technic Dentaire and Halbronn as new French partners and starts e-Store

Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS), a leader in polymer 3D printing solutions, has announced that it is has strengthened its network of partners in France as it ramps up its capability to support its customers’ ongoing drive for improved manufacturing readiness. In conjunction with this expansion, the company has also launched a dedicated e-store to provide faster and easier ordering of materials and consumables for customers.

Geared towards ensuring greater agility and maintaining premium quality sales, support and service for French customers, the new partnership announcements comprise the appointment of three additional specialist 3D printing/additive manufacturing (AM) solutions resellers: Cylaos, which boasts proven expertise in the delivery of 3D printing solutions for the manufacturing, medical and dental sectors; Dome Technic Dentaire (DTD), which is also provides dedicated sales and technical support to the dental market; and Halbronn, which has an established pedigree within manufacturing, notably in machine and production-line tooling.

The three companies join existing partner, Seido Systèmes, as authorized resellers for France, and will provide the consultative expertise and industry knowledge required to effectively assess customers’ specific application requirements and recommend the appropriate solutions from Stratasys’ expanding 3D printing portfolio. This now encompasses a greater spectrum of technologies, comprising FDM, PolyJet, P3™, SAF™ and stereolithography.

Fives appointed to boost technical support offering
In addition, to strengthen its ability to provide vital technical support to customers, Stratasys has signed a partnership agreement with Fives, a recognized player in the field of industrial maintenance. As Stratasys continues to develop and supply industrial grade 3D printers and technologies engineered for manufacturing applications, the partnership will enable the company and its French resellers to leverage the might of Fives’ formidable 600-strong nationwide team of highly trained maintenance technicians. In doing so, Stratasys is underscoring its commitment to customers, providing the assurance of Fives’ rapid and effective 24/7 response to quickly solve technical issues or concerns and maintain machine uptime.

With contracts tailored to meet the varied requirements of customers, Fives will provide the reactivity and expertise that is increasingly expected by those operating at the sharp end of today’s manufacturing industry. Thanks to Fives’ extensive network and geographic reach, Stratasys customers can now have someone on site within an hour, should they require it.

Faster and easier direct materials ordering via Stratasys e-Store
As well as extending its partner network in France, Stratasys has also launched a dedicated e-store which provides faster and easier ordering of materials and consumables. The new platform allows French customers to quickly and easily select from a continually expanding range before placing an order directly in just a few clicks. Ordering through the simple-to-use e-Store also enables customers to benefit from preferential prices via regular promotions.
