With the support of The National Centre for Research and Development, Verashape is continuously working hard on its ‘Globally innovative additive printer’. When realizing the project the producer needs to be precise in its innovation management process. Individual stages of the process have been analyzed in cooperation with IMP³rove – European Innovation Management Academy assisted by Technology Transfer Centre RARR SA.
The assessment of the innovation management has been carried out in 5 dimensions: innovation strategy, innovation organization and culture, innovation life cycle processes, enabling factors and innovation results.
One of the most important elements was the evaluation of the entire process of innovation life cycle, from idea generation to implementation of the innovation on the market and its constant improvement. This thorough analysis allows for the identification of the fields which through smoother innovation management process will contribute to swifter generation of profits from the innovation.
The IMP³rove Assessment based on benchmarking and consulting services enabled us to determine the strong and weak points of innovation management in our organization.
