Aidro Hydraulics, an Italian based manufacturer of specialized parts such as valves and hydraulics, has recently expanded its services to the oil and gas industry.
They announced a collaboration together with the German-based AM manufacturer EOS to raise awareness of additive manufacturing, to create guidelines and standards for qualifying AM metallic parts and to develop new technical solutions for the oil and gas industry.
Aidro contributes with their expertise in petroleum and natural gas applications and the technical know-how in the development of AM parts following AS / EN9100 standards.
EOS participates in the partnership as an AM technical expert, by helping to optimize parts, and through additional support in large batch production.
