File2Part introduces Gutenberg 3D, another FDM 3D printer to be able to print in full colour.
Additionally the team offers the software OneClick 3D, which is able to repair 3D models.
Gutenberg 3D Printer
The plug-and-play desktop 3D printer will be using a material cartridge containing polymer and has a size of 13.6 x 13.6 x 13.6 cm. The printer is able to fabricate an object with different materials and colours. Technical details and cost are unknown at the moment.
File2Part OneClick 3D
The software offered on Kickstarter to edit and repair 3D models, can not only be used for the Gutenberg 3D printer but all other G-code 3D printer as well. File2Part oneClick 3D can import the most common formats such as STL, PLQ, VRML, 3DS, DXF, OBJ, LWO and Collada.dae. Further it recognises and eliminates errors automatically; 3D models can be arranged differently and changed in size. In order to print models, they can be broken down in layers and send to a printer.
The first 100 supporter on Kickstarter will get a version of the software for $ 39 (Windows) or $ 49 (Mac).
