The Turkish company LOOP 3D has unveiled a new 3D printer for professional use. According to the manufacturer, the LOOP PRO X+ can print large components in high quality.
The LOOP PRO X+ has a print volume of 500 x 350 x 500 mm and is therefore suitable for the production of larger individual parts and small series. Various plastics such as ABS and PETG can be processed as printing materials.
According to LOOP 3D, the use of continuous cast aluminum ensures high rigidity and precision. The modular design enables individual components to be replaced quickly. LOOP 3D also wants to ensure optimum printing results with a heatable printing plate and integrated HEPA filtration.
With the LOOP PRO X+, LOOP 3D is primarily targeting smaller companies and prototype manufacturers. Thanks to its plug-and-play operation, the printer should also be suitable for beginners. Another feature is the automatic filament detection, which enables material changes during printing without interruption.
