Polystruder GR PRO: AI-Assisted Plastics Shredder for Additive Manufacturing

Polystruder introduces the Polystruder GR PRO, a plastic shredder that also relies on AI technology. According to the manufacturer, the device revolutionizes plastic shredding for additive manufacturing and offers efficient and effective solutions for industrial and private use.

Equipped with the ShredAI algorithm, the Polystruder GR PRO detects material properties in real time and automatically adjusts motor speed and power for optimal shredding performance.

At its heart is the ultra-quiet 300 W DC motor that delivers an impressive 40 Nm of shredding power. It effortlessly shreds even the toughest plastics, optimizing workflows and reducing operational challenges.

It features 19 double-sided stainless steel blades that not only double their service life, but also reduce shredding time and maintenance costs. With three different blade profiles, the Polystruder GR PRO can process materials and 3D-printed objects up to 25 mm.

Over-The-Air (OTA) updates guarantee always access to the latest firmware and improvements. Equipped with a 3-liter and 4.5-liter hopper, the Polystruder GR PRO shreds large quantities of plastic, suitable for diverse applications.

The ShredAI algorithm intelligently adjusts shredding speed and motor power and detects hazards such as jams or full containers during operation.
