SLM Solutions achieves order intake growth of 50% and revenue growth of 47% in the first quarter of 2023

SLM Solutions Group AG announces its financial results for Q1 2023 with revenues of EUR 24.0 m. The Company’s top line reflects a year-over-year (YoY) increase of 47%, as compared to Q1 2022.

Order intake for the period was EUR 25.3 m, a 50% increase YoY. The Company reports an EBITDA of EUR -4.3 m, improving by 3% as compared to Q1 2022. The operational profitability was negatively impacted by one off items, including a negative currency impact.

The strong topline and order intake performance was driven by the NXG XII 600 and ongoing strength of the broader product portfolio.

Sam O’Leary, CEO of SLM Solutions said, “Once again, we were able to achieve significant revenue and order intake growth in the first quarter of 2023. Whilst we experienced a headwind in our operational profitability, we expect this to significantly improve during the rest of the year. In addition, we have been working closely with Nikon since the closing of the transaction in January and remain excited about the possibilities of our collaboration which already start to be realized.”
