This 3D Printed Solenoid V8 Engine Can Rock Your Desk

Bryan Enochs again publishes one of his fabulous designs on Thingiverse – This time its a working V8 solenoid engine.

This working solenoid engine is powered by a computer power supply and an Arduino. To build one yourself you need some things you can’t produce using a 3D printer like mag wire, fans, bearings and so forth.

When you look at the list of things you need besides the 3D printed parts, you quickly realise that this is not a cheap project to come by. You need at last 350$ of supplies.
