ALPHA AI simplifies workflows for dental 3D printing

Taiwan-based Ackuretta‘s ALPHA AI slicing software has been enhanced with an expanded library of compatible dental applications and new features that simplify dental 3D printing workflows.

According to Ackuretta, with the simple workflow, users only need to import the file, select the 3D printer and resin, set the layer thickness, add the alignment and support structures, and then slice to be ready to print.

The new premium version now also features auto-alignment and AI-generated support structures. Other upgrades include 3 new compatible applications and access to up to 4 devices. Previously, applications such as crowns, bridges or surgical guides were already integrated.

By customer request, 2-year subscriptions are now available to match Ackuretta’s extended warranty. New customers receive one free month.

According to the manufacturer, with auto-alignment, placement, support structures and export for 9 applications, ALPHA AI greatly simplifies 3D printing and increases success rates. Intuitive operation enables delegation without extensive training, it adds.

Incorrect alignment is responsible for 75% of defective prints. ALPHA AI changes this with auto-alignment. Users can align applications, generate support structures and prepare the file for export to the 3D printer.
