BEETHEFIRST 3D Printer Used On Factory Floor of Electronics Company HFA

Electronics company HFA has installed a BEETHEFIRST 3D printer in their factory to produce prototypes and tooling parts for production. 

This is very impressive if you think about the fact, that the printer was designed for home and educational use.

The two companies first got in contact when HFA was manufacturing the electronic parts for the 3D printers of the Portuguese manufacturer BEEVERYCREATIVE. While HFA first installed the printer in their meeting room for prototyping demonstration, it was soon moved to the factory floor to create templates for the production line and prototypes. For example, the 3D printed parts shown in the picture below were used on around 50,000 circuit boards with no need for maintenance.

The successful integration of 3D printing technology in their daily workflow has led HFA to order even two more printers from BEEVERYCREATIVE.
