The BBots developed by BoxBotix is a modular system for radio controlled devices.
With the modular BBots you can build the most common R/C vehicles like a 
car, a plane or a quadcopter. The BBots modular parts can be used to build or rebuild just the thing you want. And the best thing about that is that all the parts of the main frame are optimised to be 3D printed.
But not only 3D printing is utilised by the developers of BoxBotix. They designed everything so that it can be build with easy tools right on your desk. The most complex tool is the 3D printer, every other used materials can be build with basic tools found in any small shop or fablab.
