Henkel Loctite 3D Printing presents new materials at Formnext

Henkel will present four new products for its portfolio of photopolymer resins for 3D printing at Formnext 2023 in Frankfurt. The new materials offer high performance and versatility for use in a wide range of industrial applications.

The new products demonstrate Henkel Loctite 3D Printing’s commitment to developing customized solutions for industrial 3D printing. They are designed to enable a wide range of applications from the rapid production of prototypes to industrial end products.

Loctite 3D PRO9274 is a dark gray and durable resin that enables fast printing of highly detailed parts. The material has been developed for easy printing on various types of DLP and LCD printers. It enables users to produce a wide range of products at a cost-effective price.

Loctite 3D IND3380 is a specialty resin with electrostatic dissipative properties (ESD) and a high heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 190°C. This offers excellent rigidity, precision and versatility.

Loctite 3D IND5714 is a gray elastomeric resin with a high resilience and excellent resistance to cyclic loads. A low Shore hardness combined with excellent compression behavior and good tear resistance makes this material ideal for industrial applications.

Loctite 3D MED9851 is a high performance medical grade resin with excellent mechanical tensile and flexural properties. The strength combined with the impact resistance and transparent appearance make this material ideal for a variety of medical device applications.

“We are pleased to introduce these high-performance additions to our product portfolio,” says Dr. Daniel Adams, Vice President at Henkel Loctite 3D Printing. “The new products expand all of our product lines and enable our customers to produce 3D printed parts for an even wider range of applications.”

The new products will be presented at Formnext in Frankfurt am Main (November 7-10) in Hall 11.1, E290.
