You often hear that 3D printing always takes hours to produce a project. However, this is a preconception that is often not true. Not only are 3D printers for home use becoming faster and faster, but there are also practical 3D models that can be printed out in just a few minutes.
One such example is the “SIM Adapter Kit Card” model from maker PLAUK. PLAUK provides a model for a SIM card adapter on the platform of the Czech 3D printer manufacturer Prusa Research, Printables. With the 3D print template, it is very easy to make a nano SIM card the size of a mini or micro SIM card. A micro SIM can be made to the size of a mini SIM. Even with a slow 3D printer, the object can be printed in just a few minutes
